Do you wish you could have some quiet time to truly relax, unwind, and reconnect with the parts of yourself that seem to have gotten lost along the way? Creacon Retreat Centre provides a nurturing, quiet, still environment that is ideal in helping you let go of your busy world and reconnect with your inner world.
Physically stepping away from your everyday life supports this inner journey, and is often an essential component. This is the mission of our retreat centre – to provide the most supportive environment possible for your journey back to your true self.

Nicholas
Nestled in the majestic green hills of the Ireland countryside, Creacon Prema Agni Retreat Centre is an ashram style healing centre that offers a unique environment for personal retreat, relaxation and self exploration.
Originally a historic Irish inn, Creacon was converted by founders Derek and Linda O'Neill, into a serene haven to nurture your soul, mind and body. Our exquisite rose gardens, lush forest walk complete with inviting hammocks, fragrant fruit and vegetable gardens, provide a supportive location where you can rest, rejuvenate and find your way back to your true self. Creacon Prema Agni Retreat Centre is a spiritual retreat geared towards achieving greater self-awareness and personal growth, as such we ask that overnight guests and those attending events be adults or mature adolescents (age 14+).
Meditation Hall
While at Creacon enjoy our Meditation Hall adorned with sacred artifacts that were gifted to us from all corners of the world, including precious relics from Sathya Sai Baba, Mother Amma and His Holiness The Dalai Lama.
Community Lounges
Relax over a cup of rare Himalayan tea, delicious Irish hot chocolate or latte in our lively café or serene tea rooms. Spend the evening in front of the fire with a book from our extensive spiritual library, enjoy a chat with other guests in our cozy Heart room or sun-filled conservatory, or inspire your imagination during spiritual movie nights.
Healing House
Visit our serene Healing House, lovingly constructed using sacred geometry and powerful mantras for a healing session or an energizing infrared sauna. You can also rest peacefully on our sun-drenched Healing House deck and enjoy the surrounding gardens.
Guest Rooms
All guest rooms, offer en suite bathrooms and are decorated and energized with love. Accommodations may be shared, depending on availability. If you are interested in a private room, or wish to request a standard bed (most rooms contain bunk beds), please inquire upon making your reservation – additional rates may apply.
Seva
All our guests have the opportunity to offer seva (selfless service). Seva is the act of service, without expectation of reward. By helping with gardening, sweeping, painting, cleaning, or serving meals, you offer love through service. Participating in seva activities reduces the cost of maintaining Creacon, but more importantly it transforms your daily actions into your meditation. As Sai Baba says, “Service to man is service to God”.
Meals
At Creacon, your body and soul will be nourished with outstanding gourmet meals, lovingly prepared by our Master Chef, using fresh, healthy ingredients - many of which are grown in our own gardens. Our menu generally offers Mediterranean cuisine, although our chef enjoys preparing delicious dishes from around the world. Flavourful vegetarian options are always available as well as dietary tailoring or even a simple fresh salad.
Please inform us of any food allergies or dietary limitations upon booking in so that we can accommodate your diet the best we can.
Local Attractions
Just down our picturesque country lane you can visit with the neighbourhood cows, sheep, and horses. You can also discover history and nature at the John F. Kennedy Homestead, or enjoy a tour of the famous Dunbrody Famine Ship.
Visit nearby white sandy beaches and enjoy the panoramic view as you stroll along the shoreline near historic Hook Head Lighthouse. You may even visit with a pod of whales as they frolic near the peninsula, or arrange a whale-watching excursion. Horseback riding and golf can be enjoyed nearby, while the quaint Irish towns of New Ross, Wexford and Waterford offer a taste of local flavour.
